Retirement

At Penn, we see retirement as a continuation, not an end—a vital new phase of your career and your life. One of the great benefits of being a faculty member is that you never have to stop doing the things you love; many of our professors report, in fact, that they have more to do now than they did before they retired. We encourage faculty members to stay involved in our community.
